I’m really liking the WordPress platform so far. I’ve already added several features that were surprisingly easy to add via plug-ins.
One that I just added last night is my contact form (at the top navbar above) complete with captcha (the anti-spam 4 digit code that you have to type before submitting to prove you are a real person). I’m using the Contact Form 7 plugin for this.
I’ve also added a few back end plug-ins for automated backups, search statistics and automated Google sitemap creation. Additionally, I’ve added a randomizing bio picture so that you get a different picture of me each time you visit.
